ID Card Required

When you come to the library after receiving a reservation confirmation email, your ID card issued by UTokyo is required.

For UTokyo staff, faculty, and emeritus faculty: staff ID card or emeritus faculty ID card or ID card issued by your department, or Library ID card issued by your department's library.
For UTokyo undergraduate students and graduate students: student ID card
For UTokyo research students and auditing students: student ID card

Note to visitors

Please follow the guidance below:

Please bring your own pencils, ballpoint pens, and paper.
When using disinfectant, please disinfect your hands and personal belongings only, as alcohol may cause deterioration and alteration of some materials. In addition, please be careful not to let disinfectant adhere on the materials.
